Responding to the demands raised by several Members during the Zero Hour in the Legislative Assembly today, Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Sukhnandan Kumar said that a Cabinet Sub Committee (CSC) would be framed very soon for the regularization of the Daily Rated Workers working in various departments.
