Curfew continues in Jammu on Monday as well although authorities claimed the situation is under control.
The curfew was imposed after a mob torched and damaged several vehicles belonging to local Muslims and Kashmiris on Friday following Thursday’s Fidayeen attack on CRPF at Lethpora in which 49 CRPF men were killed,
“Curfew will continue till further orders. We will take a call later in the day after assessing the overall law and order situation,” said an official.
The mobile Internet suspension started on Friday and continued on Monday, as well.
