A Scorpio was completely damaged in a ablaze in Srinagar’s Dargah area on Wednesday forenoon.
Reports and eye witnesses said a Scorpio was seen caught in flames at Saderbal area of Dargah in summer capital.
“Private traffic was plying on the road when it suddenly stopped and retreated,” reports said, “a white colour Scorpio was going up in flames near Masjid Syed at Saberbal, near University of Kashmir.”
A cop from Police Station Nigeen said that a Scorpio was stationed near Saderbal which “caught fire”. “It belongs to one Muhammad Hussain.”
The cop did not give any reason as how it “caught fire” but instantly dropped the call.
Notably, two days ago two passenger Sumos were set on fire at Parimpora Srinagar. The vehicles were on way to summer capital from Kupwara when they were stopped by unknown persons and set on fire. Earlier, two auto-rickshaws were brunt by unknown persons in Old Srinagar.
