According to Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, general public have been asked to deposit documents of registration at the office of RTO by or before November 07, 2016.
He said that after the said date no claim will be entertained as the Department is shifting over to new software of registration (VAHAN 4.0 version), an official spokesperson said on Tuesday evening.
