According to the Executive Officer Jammu and Kashmir State Hajj Committee, the Hajj flights for Hajj-2016 shall operate from August 10, 2016.
The pilgrims of Kashmir Division shall collect their travel documents two days prior to the date of departure from respective district headquarters (Deputy Commissioner’s office) during office hours, while as the pilgrims of district Srinagar shall collect the travel documents two days prior to their schedule departure from Hajj House Bemina from 2.30 pm onwards, an official spokesperson said Monday evening.
The pilgrims of Jammu Division & Ladakh Region shall be provided all travel documents at the Hajj House, Bemina one day prior to the schedule departure.
The reporting time at Hajj House for the pilgrims of Flight Number AI-5201 (1stFlight), August 10, 2016 is 5 am and Flight Number AI-5203 (2nd Flight), August 10, 2016 is 10 am at Hajj House Srinagar.
The pilgrims of flight number AI-5205 (1st Flight), August 11, 2016 shall have to report at 5 am at Hajj house Srinagar and the pilgrims of AI-5207 (2nd Flight), August 11, 2016 at 10 am at Hajj House Srinagar.
Also the pilgrims of flight number AI-5209 (1st Flight) shall have to report at Hajj House Srinagar at 5 am on August 12, 2016 and the pilgrims of AI-5211 (2ndFlight) on August 12, 2016 are asked to report at 10 am at Hajj House Srinagar
The pilgrims are advised to report in time at Hajj House and only standard luggage without any banned items shall be accepted at check in luggage by the airlines. Further, the hand baggage should not be overweight or oversized against the standard already prescribed.
It is also informed that the flight schedule for remaining pilgrims shall be notified separately.
