Renowned Journalist, Iftikhar Gilani, has been designated as ‘Editor – Strategic Affairs’ by Essel Group which is promoter of Mumbai based Daily News and Analysis (dna) newspaper.
Iftikhar was working as National Bureau Chief based in Delhi till now. Dna is among top five newspapers in India in the order of Times of India, The Hindustan Times, The Hindu, The Telegraph, dna, The Deccan Chronicle and The Indian Express.
Iftikhar is a senior Journalist based in Delhi for last many years now. As Delhi bureau chief, he reported for Kashmir Times for many years before joining Tehelka magazine before joining dna.
Besides, Iftikhar is a regular Columnist with many newspapers across sub-continent.
In a letter addressed to Iftikhar, dna promoters write, “as per SAMWAD philosophy, we believe in recognising our employees for their good work and constantly encouraging their development.”
“We are pleased to inform you that you are designated as ‘Editor – Strategic Affairs’,” the letter added.
