JKLF Chief Yasin Malik on Sunday refused to have talks with the visiting MPs, Sitaram Yechury, Sharad Yadav and D Raja.
“You see the situation outside. What can we talk about in such situation,” Malik was quoted as saying by Sharad Yadav.
Earlier, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq also refused to have talks with Hyderabad MP Assadudin Owaisi at Chashma Shahi sub-jail.
Malik is reported to have told the two MP delegation that no talk are possible under the ambit of Indian Constitution.
Malik was recently shifted to Humhama police Station from central Jail.
