Continuing with its demolition drive, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) through its Enforcement Wing Wednesday demolished four illegally raised structures/constructions in Shalimar Teilbal area of Srinagar.
The LAWDA Enforcement Officer said the drive to remove illegal structures and constructions in their jurisdiction will continue and elements creating hurdles in the process will be dealt under law, an official spokesperson said this evening.
He said people residing within the LAWDA jurisdiction are directed not to go for any illegal constructions. He also said that Tipper/Load carrier owners should not carry construction material in the prohibited area of Dal/Nigeen Lake without permission.
