India’s leading retina surgeon Dr Natarajan on Tuesday arrived in Jammu and Kashmir to perform surgeries in the ophthalmology department of the SMHS hospital in capital Srinagar.
Dr Natarajan will be in the city for next three days, said Dr Peer G N Suhail, advisor to NGO: Borderless World Foundation, an NGO on whose invitation the leading doctor has visited Kashmir.
“All those patients who have been operated by Natarajan before and were supposed to come for another surgery or check-up are advised to visit SMHS today or tomorrow,” Dr Peer said.
“Other pellet affected patients with serious injuries can also come for surgery,” he added.
