The J&K state cabinet is likely to meet on Sep 27, next week, under Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and is scheduled to take up some proposals on transfer of middle and upper rungs of state administration.
Authoritative sources told KNS that the general administration department has been asked to prepare memo for the cabinet meet and top officials in the general administration department have started preparing proposals sought by the government.
Sources said proposals on transfers of some middle and upper rungs of civilian administration are being drafted and finalized for the perusal of chief secretary before the cabinet meeting.
