Indian Red Cross Society, J&K Branch Saturday donated 180 tents to Divisional Administration Kashmir for rehabilitation of displaced families from along the LoC in Kupwara.
The State Branch also disbursed relief items like kitchen sets, hygiene kits, Kerosene stoves, solar lights, beddings and clothes, besides ready to eat food packets among the eight families of Naid Dori Nowshera, Srinagar whose residential houses and personal belongings were gutted in a fire incident. It also provided cash assistance to fire victims, an official spokesperson said this evening.
