Intense clashes erupted in Srinagar outskirts on Sunday morning after police and CRPF detained a youth in Narbal area.
Reports and local sources said that people came out on roads against the arrest of the youth this morning in Narbal area which falls in Budgam district.
Men in uniform fired tear gas shells to disperse off the people, however, hundreds of people are on roads raising pro-freedom and anti-India slogans.
“Intense clashes are going on between the protesters and the forces,” a local said.
