In order to avoid traffic Jam and ensure proper traffic management, the District Development Commissioner (DDC), Anantnag Mohammad Younis Malik on Thursday inaugurated traffic lights installed by Traffic Police at Khannabal point on trial basis.
The DDC on the occasion said that the traffic lights will also be installed at congested points including Khannabal K P Road point and Janglatmandi which will help the traffic department in proper traffic regulation in the town.
Among others, the DSP traffic and other senior officers of various departments were also present on the occasion.
