SRINAGAR: The Denys Holland Scholarship at University College London (UCL), UK, for the academic year 2025–2026 is a partially funded award for international students intending to pursue undergraduate studies.
The deadline to apply for the scholarship is July 2025. It provides £9,000 per annum for a period of three years, subject to satisfactory academic performance.
The scholarship is intended to support undergraduate students from any country who would otherwise be unable to fund their studies at UCL without financial assistance. It is aimed at applicants who can demonstrate a strong commitment to making the most of the opportunities available through UCL and the Students’ Union.
Applicants may pursue undergraduate degrees in fields such as Architecture, Construction and Planning, Arts and Sciences, Biological and Life Sciences, Business and Management Studies, Computer Sciences, Economics, Politics and Social Sciences, Education, Engineering, English and Comparative Literature, Historical and Philosophical Studies, Languages and Cultural Studies, Law, Mathematics and Statistics, Medicine and Allied Subjects, Physical Sciences, and Psychology and Language Sciences.
To be considered for the Denys Holland Scholarship, applicants must have a valid UCL Student Number and a valid UCAS Application Number (not the UCAS Registration Number), and must have received an offer of admission to undertake full-time undergraduate study at UCL starting in September 2025 in any academic department. Candidates must be in demonstrable financial need, show evidence of broad interests, intend to actively participate in university life, and preferably be aged 25 or under at the time of starting their studies.
