K. Rajendra Kumar, Director General of Police, J&K, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan Monday.
According to a statement issued, Director General of Police briefed the Governor about the post flood relief, rehabilitation and sanitation measures being carried out by the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) to mitigate the sufferings of the flood affected population in the State.
The Governor lauded the role being played by the J&K Police in the obtaining situation in the State and discussed with Rajendra several matters relating to internal and external security management in the State.
