Srinagar
Dilbagh Singh, Director General of Police Jammu and Kashmir accompanied by Swayam Prakash Pani, IGP Kashmir, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan Srinagar on Tuesday.
Singh briefed Governor about the present internal security situation and the arrangements made for smooth conduct of elections to the Urban Local Bodies and the Panchayats.
