Muhammad Akbar Parray, the elder brother of Director JKEDI, Dr M I Parray passed away on Monday evening after an illness.
According to a family source, he was the pious soul and a respectable person hailing from Akhaal village of Kulgam district in South Kashmir. He was 70 and rendered his services in spreading education in the area as a teacher and later retired as a Headmaster. People from all walks of life especially from Kulgam district have condoled his demise.
