In order to boost the morale of students who have fared better in the recently announced class 12th results, the District Administration Pulwama has decided to felicitate the meritorious students on the eve of Republic day 2017.
Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Muneer ul-Islam, said the ain of felicitating the students is to boost their morale and break the myth that only those students who are studying in Private Schools can excel in the field of education. He also said that over the years standard of education in Government Schools has improved significantly.
