Rohit Kansal, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, called on Governor N.N. Vohra Tuesday evening.
According to spokesman, Kansal apprised the Governor about the to-date status of the ongoing relief and rehabilitation measures and infrastructure re-building, restoration of health care services etc. after the devastating floods in the Valley.
The Governor advised Kansal to ensure against any delay whatsoever in the effective restoration and delivery of basic services to the flood affected people, particularly keeping in view that the winter is setting in rather early this year.
