SRINAGAR: Responding to PDP President and former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti’s comments that the Government of India should talk to Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, the PAGD President Dr Farooq Abdullah said the comments made by Mehbooba are as per her party’s line which he doesn’t endorse.
“That’s her party line. I do not endorse. We will talk to our nation and our PM”, Farooq Abdullah was heard saying to the reporters.
The statement by Dr Farooq comes shortly before the J&K party’s are set to meet the Prime Minister at his residence.
Interestingly, the PAGD leaders including Mehbooba have gone unitedly to attend the all-party meeting.
