Minister of Finance, Culture and Labour & Employment, Dr Haseeb Drabu, Thursday offered Fateha at the grave of late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed at Dara Shikoh Park in Bijbehara.
Dr Drabu, who chaired the District Development Board meeting at Dak Bungalow Anantnag, visited the majestic garden in Bijbehara town, where the Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is buried, to offer the Fateha prayers. He prayed for eternal peace of the departed leader, an official spokesperson said this evening.
The Finance Minister also took stock of the works being undertaken for beautification of the Dara Shikhoh Park, conceptualized by the late Mufti Sayeed. He was accompanied by officers of the Finance Department, besides some officers from police and civil administration.
