Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary Tuesday expressed shock and grief over the tragic demise of a young journalist Tanveer ul Ahad.
In a message, he said the untimely death of the journalist – who was the founding editor of a local news agency Global News Service – has deeply saddened him and the entire district administration.
Dr Shahid said the Srinagar administration offers its sincere prayers for peace to the departed soul and its deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
