A tipper driver was killed on Monday after his vehicle turned turtle on Srinagar-Jammu highway in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Reports said that a vehicle (tipper) bearing registration number JKO1N-9246 was travelling from Sonamarg to Kangan when his vehicle skidded off the road and turned turtle at Hariganiwan. The incident resulted in on spot death of the driver identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Ganai of Fraw village in Gund tehsil of Kangan.
Meanwhile, police have taken the cognizance of the incident and report has been registered in this regard.
