SRINAGAR: A 50-year-old driver died after a tipper vehicle was driving met with an accident in Surankote area of Poonch district on Wednesday evening.
Quoting official sources news agency GNS reported that the accident took place at 1850 hours at Nanara Fazalabad Surankote when the tipper (JK11-4610) was driven by Naseer Ahmad son of Fazal Hussain of Kotan Mandhar met with an accident and got seriously injured. He was shifted to SDH Surankote for treatment but succumbed to injuries, they added.
A police official said that a case has been registered in connection with the accident.
