As the coaching centers fail to comply with the government directions, the directorate of school education Kashmir (DSEK) has asked the owners of the institutes to publish fee structure or face derecognition without further notice. The director school education Kashmir GN Itoo on Wednesday issued a notice to owners of private schools to publish details of faculty members within two days.

“A final notice is given to you to publish the item wise fee structure and details of faculty members as per format available on website of DSEK, within two days, failing which registration of coaching centre will be  cancelled and will be sealed without any further notice,” reads the notice issued by GN Itoo.

The notice reads that coaching centres were given registration on October 07 this year on basis of condition that they will publish fee structure and faculty details before starting classes.

“A meeting was also convened on December 13 with owners of coaching centres and it was agreed that the fee structure and details of faculty members will be published by all recognized coaching centres within four days,” it reads.

The notice states that it has been observed that registered coaching centres have failed to comply with the directions. “We will take action against the erring coaching centres who will continue their classes in violation of rules,” Itoo said.
