Five officials of School Education Department were put under suspension with immediate effect by Director School Education Kashmir, (DSEK), Tariq Ali Mir for negligence of duty and providing wrong information.
As per a statement the Zonal Education Officer, Gurez (Ex-ZEO Narbal), Zonal Education Officer, Hardapanzoo, Budgam, Headmaster Boys High School, Sail, Beerwah, Sr Assistant Boys High School, Magam, Budgam and Incharge office High School Sail, Beerwah were put under suspension, because of their negligent attitude and also for furnishing wrong information.
As many as, 14 Teachers and Masters of Islamabad, Budgam, Baramulla, Shopian and Pulwama have also been served show cause notice for failing to attend training courses at Delhi and other places. The Teachers and Masters have been asked to explain their position within a week’s time, otherwise action under rules shall follow.
