Move offices closed on October 26, for annual durbar move will reopen in the state’s winter capital, Jammu on November 5.
For the last several days, the government records were being shifted from secretariat to Jammu.
The state government has announced the list of ministers and officials who would be in-charge of the winter secretariat here during the winter months.
