Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Sigh has condemned the killing of an army soldier and his wife in Poonch in the cross-LoC firing.
In a written statement the Deputy Chief Minister has expressed sympathy with the bereaved family.
Dr Singh also condemned the attack on forces in Bandipora district of Kashmir where three soldiers were injured after militants fired upon them. He said that “the designs of the anti national forces will not be allowed to succeed and they would be dealt sternly.”
