SRINAGAR: An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 struck Maharashtra’s Hingoli district on Saturday morning, the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) said.
According to the NCS, the earthquake occurred at 9:43:30 am on October 3, with its epicentre located in Hingoli at a depth of five kilometres.
The quake was recorded at latitude 19.555° North and longitude 77.229° East, according to the seismological agency.
There were no immediate reports of loss of life or damage to property.
