A mother of a journalist Noor-ul-Qamrain, passed away on Tuesday late night at her residence in Peer Bagh area of Srinagar.
According to a family source, his mother was unwell from a very long time and breathed her last at her residence on Tuesday late evening around 10:00 pm.
He said, her funeral prayers were offered today around 2:00 pm at Baudin Sahab graveyard in Srinagar, and a Fateh Khawani will be offered to her on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Secretary Information, Sarmad Hafeez has condoled the demise of mother of Noor-ul-Qamrain.
In his condolence message, Hafeez while expressing solidarity with the bereaved family has prayed for peace to the departed soul. Director Information, Tariq Ahmad Zargar has also expressed his condolences over the demise of Qamrain’s mother and has prayed for peace to the departed soul.
