SRINAGAR: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan facilitated the distribution of appointment letters to eight deserving candidates under SRO-43 of 1994 on compassionate grounds, an official spokesman said. The ceremony, held with great fervour, saw the recipients expressing gratitude and determination towards their new roles in the Department of School Education as Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).
