SRINAGAR: An elderly tourist died of cardiac arrest in Gulmarg, located in the North Kashmir Baramulla district, on Saturday.
Sudhir Vasant Rao Nikumbh (78), son of Eknath Nikumbh from Pune, Maharashtra, suffered a massive cardiac arrest near Gondola Gulmarg. “The person, accompanied by his family, was immediately taken to PHC Gulmarg for treatment, where doctors declared him dead on arrival,” the sources said.
“A case under section 174 of the CrPC has been initiated in the incident,” further added the sources. (KS)
