SRINAGAR: A gunfight has started between militants and government forces in the Khanmoh area of Srinagar district on Monday morning.
The Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet wrote,

As per reports, “a joint team of Police and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Khonmoh and as the joint team of forces encircled the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the forces, triggering off a gunfight.”
