SRINAGAR: An encounter has broken out in a north th Kashmir village on Tuesday and so far a militant has been reported killed.
Jammu and Kashmir Police broke the news that an encounter has started in Tulibal village in Sopore during the wee hours. In a subsequent tweet, it said a militant was killed and the operation is still in progress.

They said that the gunfight broke out at Tulibal Sopore following a search operation.
