SRINAGAR: A 59-year-old man named Er Gurmeet Singh (Sethi Veer Ji) has been reported missing from Kanth -Bagh area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district since August 25, 2023. Singh works as an Engineer in R&B department Baramulla.
According to his family, Gurmeet Singh originally from Panzala Rafiabad, left home around 6:30 pm to visit a nearby market. However, he did not return back since then, sparking concerns among the family members about his safety.
“His car was found abandoned in the area and his mobile phone switched off . The entire family is in chaos and worried about him,” said one of the relatives of Singh.
The distraught family is seeking the assistance of general public in location Gurmeet Singh. ” We have reported the matter to police and they are doing their job. However, we request the general public and civil society members to help us trace Gurmeet Ji and ensure his safe return.”
