SRINAGAR: Father of Afaq Qadri, a steel fabricating entrepreneur, passed away at his residence in Srinagar. Syed Bashir Ahmad Qadri was around 80 years of age and had survived Covid19 in 2020.
Qadris’ live in Riyaza Teng in old City. Family sources said after surviving Covid19, Qadri suffered a stroke that paralysed part of his body. A month later, he passed away today. A businessman for most of his life, Qadri is survived by four sons and three daughters and all are settled.
The family will receive condolences at their residence and the Fateh is scheduled for Friday post prayers, family sources said.
