SRINAGAR: In a move aimed at bolstering global outreach and fostering unity among Hindus worldwide, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has appointed RK Chhibber, former Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Bank, as a Trustee for a three-year term. The announcement was made during a VHP meeting held in Ayodhya, garnering widespread acclaim and optimism from various quarters.
Chhibber’s track record of service and his recent participation in the Pran Pratishtha function at Ayodhya on January 22, 2024, alongside his wife, underscore his deep-rooted connection to the cause and his willingness to contribute on a global scale. He was one of the few who was invited by VHP to attend the function.
Chhibber is on the board of Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
