A female army official shot herself dead with her service pistol, in Jammu on Friday.
Identified as Major Anita Kumari, 36, ended her life with her service pistol at her official residence Bari Brahmana, police said.
“Kumari was a native of Chamba area of Himachal Pradesh and was posted in 259 field supply depot in Jammu.
