SRINAGAR: Fil Group is hiring Market Development Officers in Shopian and Kupwara for its crop protection division.
To be eligible, the candidate must have a qualified BSc or MSc in agriculture with a minimum of one to three years of experience. The candidate with an additional degree of MBA will be given preference.
The selected candidates will be required to work on market development activities, including campaign ideation considering the product’s unique selling proposition (USP) and the market.
They will also be responsible for identifying progressive farmers, maintaining regular contact with them, handling evaluation trials, mapping village-level crop acreages and potential, and identifying potential markets.
Further, the candidate would be required to travel within the assigned territory.
