A massive fire broke out in Saraf Kadal area of Srinagar on Wednesday afternoon, the eyewitness said.
An official from the fire and emergency department said that fire broke out inside the residential house near HDFC Bank in Saraf Kadal area of Srinagar.
The fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the flames, said an official.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, he added.
No loss of life or injury was reported in the incident so far, he said
