SRINAGAR: One fireman was injured after a fire broke out near the PDP office in Srinagar on Monday, affecting two sheds and a nearby Chinar tree.
Officials said that the fire broke out near the Peoples Democratic Party office in Srinagar, resulting in injuries to one fireman.
Teams from the Fire and Emergency Services Department reached the site and worked to control the flames, the official said.
During the incident, one fire service personnel, Bashor Ahmad, was injured, the official added.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known. Further details are awaited. (JKNS)
