Police Friday said that seven structures were damaged in different fire incidents across the valley.

According to police spokesman, fire broke out in the shop of Hakeem Showkat resident of Dobhipora at Kangan Bus Stop Beehama resulting in damage to the shop.

In another incident, fire broke out in Wild life quarter at Shalibugh, Kheer Bhawani, resulting in damage to the quarter.

Spokesman further said that fire broke out in the houses of Manzoor Ahmad Ganaie, Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Ganaie and Haja Begum residents of Frissal Mukdampora Kulgam, resulting in damage to all the houses.

Fire also broke out in Panchayat building at Arigam Pulwama, resulting in damage to the structure.

Meanwhile, Fire broke out in the residential house of Abdul Rashid Shah resident of Butmurran Keller, resulting in damage to the residential house. Fire in all the cases was brought under control by fire tenders. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in these incidents.
