SRINAGAR: A building belonging to District Hospital Shopian was damaged in a fire incident on Sunday.
An official said that the fire broke out in an Indoor patients department of District hospital Shopian at around 02:00, resulting in damage to the building.
He said that all the patients were evacuated safely and shifted to a nearby private hospital.
The fire was brought under control by fire tenders. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in this incident, said an official.
