Srinagar: The seven residential houses were damaged in two separate fire incidents in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Friday.
The first fire incident occurred in Bul Bul lanker area of Nawakadal at 06: 00 am. The mysterious fire incident severely damaged Four houses.
In another incident, three residential houses were damaged in Tarabal area of Nawakadal of the district Srinagar.
Officials said that the fire broke out at 08:40 am in the two-storey house and soon engulfed nearby houses damaging them completely.
The fire was doused by the collective efforts of fire and emergency services, locals and the police but only after the property worth lakhs was turned into ashes, sources said.
