A room belonging to boys’ hostel Kashmir University suffered partial damage after it caught fire on Wednesday.
Reports said that a fire broke out at boys’ hostel room number 214, of the Kashmir University, resulting in damage to the room.
An eyewitness said that fire was brought under control after a team of fire and emergency men rushed to the spot. “A room has suffered partial damage in the incident,” the eyewitness said. However, the cause of the fire was not known immediately.
