In a tragic accident in Ramaban district, on Tuesday five persons were killed when a car skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge on the Kashmir highway.
According to reports, a car skidded off the road near Devsole in Panthiyalarea of Ramban district, resulting in on spot death of five persons. The deceased was identified as as Vikram Singh and Sikandar Singh of Kathua district, Sushil Kumar of Jammu and Avtar Singh of Samba district Mohammad Ramzan Reshi son of Ghulam Mohammad, a resident of Buthoo.
They said that the identity of the fifth deceased is being ascertained.
Meanwhile, police have taken the cognizance of the incident.
