SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police have booked five drug peddlers under PIT NDPS Act and lodged them in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu,for continuous involvement in trade of contraband narcotic substances, also one person was booked under PSA.
The police identified them as Aafaq Majeed Wani son of Abdul Majeed Wani of Dachigam, Nazir Ahmad Bhat son of Gulam Nabi Bhat of Check Ganastan Sumbal, Tanveer Ahmad Rather son of Mohmad Munwar of Nesbal Sumbal, Ubair Hameed Bhat son of Abdul Hameed Bhat of Nadihal Bandipora, Mudasir Ahmad Wagay son of Gulam Mohmad Wagay of Hakbara Hajin and Mehraj Mehraj UDin Hurra son of Gulam Ahmad Hurra of Naidkhai Sumbal.
