SRINAGAR: At least five persons were injured in a road accident in the Sultanpora area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
An official said that the accident occurred at Sultanpora Kandi when a vehicle bearing registration number JK05L 7689 skidded off the road.
In the incident, five passengers sustained injuries, following which locals rushed to the spot and took them to CHC Chandoosa for treatment, he said.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation. (JKNS)
