SRINAGAR: Five non-local individuals sustained injuries in a road accident in the Lawaypora area of Srinagar, central Kashmir, on Sunday evening.
The incident involved a collision between an Ashok Leyland truck with registration number JK01AQ 2301 and a Tata mobile with registration number JK06B 1513.
The injured were soon transported to JVC Hospital Bemina for advanced medical care.
Confirming the incident, a police official identified the injured as Noor Jamal Haq (26) from Bengal, Afaan (son of Anwarullah Haq) from West Bengal, Barigul Islam (son of Bariq) from West Bengal, Abu Tahir (son of Talib ul Rehman) from West Bengal, and Zahrul (son of Abdul Qayoom) from West Bengal.
