The flight operations at Srinagar International Airport again affected for the fifth consecutive day on Thursday owing to bad weather.
“All morning flights from and to the airport have been cancelled as the landing of flights cannot take place due to accumulation of snow on the runway,” Director, Airport’s Authority of India, Srinagar, Santosh Dhoke told Kashmir Life.
“We will try to operate flights in the afternoon,” he said.
The cancellation of flight operations has affected the travel plans of hundreds of passengers.
